Our vision
We envision a community where faith is explored openly, doubts are welcomed, and spiritual growth is a shared journey. Wayfarers.net.au offers a unique perspective, providing resources and connection for those seeking an alternative to traditional church experiences. Formal religions introduce the concept of a Deity and unfortunately, many of us become comfortable with what is laid out before us and fail to individually pursue further growth.
Eventually we have a yearning for more connectivity and can't see the forest for the trees, so to speak. We call ourselves Wayfarers, because Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life and his message is simply one of love - love God and love eachother.
It isn't necessary to go into the realms of theology to find what He was on about; in fact He once castigated the lawyers - that is canon lawyers- for making it so much harder for us to be "good" people.
This is what Wayfarers is about.
